HCPL has been established by Charles Parkinson and Lori Sciusco to provide innovative options for the management of Australia's heritage and archaeological resources. At HCPL we firmly believe that good practice can lead to development outcomes which are not only profitable but respect and build upon existing cultural resources within the dynamic and evolving infrastructure and property development environment. Both principals are qualified and experienced heritage consultants and archaeologists who have each worked in the consulting industry for over 15 years.

The Practice is based in Sydney’s inner west with a nationwide focus. Both partners have worked on numerous projects across NSW, Victoria, Tasmania, Queensland, South Australia and the Northern Territory.

The Practice is fully insured and provides a full range of professional heritage services to a broad clientele base, ranging from state and federal government departments, architects, designers, global project management firms, engineering & environmental firms, develoment & construction companies, private developers and cultural organisations.
